QuadStick

The QuadStick is a mouth operated game controller for quadriplegics, designed and built by Fred Davison in Great Falls, Montana. It combines four sip and puff sensors with a lip position sensor, and turns those inputs into USB and Bluetooth signals for PCs and game consoles. Everything is configurable, so you can set up your own controls and switch between saved profiles on the fly. It works with Windows, macOS, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, with Xbox supported through a third party adapter. There are three models — the FPS, the Singleton and the Original — plus mounting arm kits to hold the controller in front of you.
